Booking Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable and become non-transferable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Failure to show, late cancellations, or last-minute reschedules will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the loss of the deposit.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

Refund Policy
All services and products are final sale.
Due to the time, preparation, and professional resources reserved for each client, refunds are not offered for completed services.
Prepaid services and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Multiple treatments may be required to achieve desired results. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their skin, medical history, medications, allergies, and current product use.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in adverse reactions, for which Azaz Skin is not liable.
Clients are expected to follow all pre- and post-care instructions to ensure optimal results.
