Booking & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits become non-transferable within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Failure to show or late cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit.

Results + Treatment Expectations

Results vary from client to client and are influenced by individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to the recommended treatment plan and home care.

Multiple treatments may be required to achieve desired results. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their skin, medical history, medications, allergies, and current product use.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in adverse reactions, for which Azaz Skin is not liable.

Clients are expected to follow all pre- and post-care instructions to ensure optimal results and reduce the risk of complications.

Cancellation + Rescheduling 

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

No-shows will be charged accordingly and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

Right to refuse service 

Azaz Skin reserves the right to refuse service to any client who is not a suitable candidate for treatment, is non-compliant with policies, or whose condition may require medical evaluation.

Late Policy 

Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other appointments. This may result in a loss of deposit.

Refund Policy 

All services and products are final sale.

If you have any concerns following your appointment, please reach out within 48 hours so your skin can be properly assessed and supported.
